| 英文摘要 | OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate capillary gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Flumazenil,including ethanol,t-butyl alcohol,dichloromethane,N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide.METHODS Samples were dissolved in methanol and injected at split ratio of 8∶1.The injector temperature was set at 250 ℃ and the temperature of FID detector was set at 280 ℃.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas and an HP-5 capillary column（0.53 mm*30 m,5.0 mum） was used.A temperature program was applied initializing at 45 ℃ for 5 min,then raised to 200 ℃ at a rate of 20℃·min~(-1). RESULTS The five solvents had good linearity within the concentration range of 6~128 mug·mL~(-1) and the average recoveries ranged from 98% to 104%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and fast for the accurate determinations of residual organic solvents,which can be used for procedure quality control of Flumazenil. |
