| 英文摘要 | Purpose To investigate the effects of pinellia extraction(PE) on HeLa cell line of cervical cancer cultured in vitro and its effect on the sensitivity of HeLa cells to DDP,in order to find a pure traditional Chinese reagent to treat cervical cancer effectively and ultimately to optimize medication of cervical cancer.Methods HeLa cells were treated with PE in different concentrations.The effects of PE on cell proliferation was tested by MTT assay.The effects of PE on cell morphology and apoptosis were studied by phase-contrast microscope and flowcytometry(FCM),respectively.Results PE could obviously inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cells in a time and dose dependent manner.It could induce apoptosis of HeLa cells.PE could also elevate the sensitivity of HeLa cells to DDP.Conclusions PE can suppress proliferation of cervical cancer cells and induce apoptosis.It may be a pure traditional Chinese reagent with non-side effects to prevent and treat cervical cancer effectively. |
