英文摘要The EtOAc extract of the mangrove plant Cerbera manghas was separated by repeated gel and silica gel column chromatography to afford eleven compounds. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data, they were identified as cyclocerberidol ( 1 ), cerberidol ( 2 ), (Z) -ligustilide ( 3 ), coniferaldehyde ( 4 ) , ethyl ( 2E ) -3- ( 4-methoxyphenyl ) -2-propenoate ( 5 ) ,p-hydroxyphenylethyl anisate ( 6 ), nedakenin ( 7 ), isoimperatorin ( 8 ), theviridoside (9) , cycloolivil (10) and 3beta-acetyl-lupeol ( 11), respectively. Compounds 3 - 8 and 11 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
