| 英文摘要 | Objective：To establish an HPLC determination method for the related substances of schiperine. Meth- od：The reverse -phase HPLC on a Diamonsil C ls column （4. 6 mm * 250 mm, 5mum） using acetic acid- acetic am- monium buffer solution （ pH 6.0） - methanol （3： 7 ） as mobile phase with the detection wavelength 300 nm and the normal-phase HPLC method on a Intersil SIL 100A-5 column（4. 6 mm x250 mm,5 mum） using n-hexane- anhydrous alcohol -glacial acetic acid （80： 20： 0. 01 ） as mobile phase with detection wavelength 300 nm and 263 nm were tested. Results：Schiperine was degraded in the process of the reverse - phase HPLC analysis. The normal - phase HPLC method avoided the degrada normal -phase HPLC is more suitable for -phase HPLC. It is simple and accurate. tion of schiperine and met the analytical requirements. Conclusion：The the determination of the related substances of schiperine than the reverse-phase HPLC. It is simple and accurate. |
