| 英文摘要 | Objective To study the chemical constitutions of sponge Mycale lingshuiensis.Methods The isolation and purification of these compounds were performed viarepeated TLC,silica gel column,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures of these compounds were identified by means of spectroscopic methods,X-ray diffraction analysis,and comparison with the data of literature.Results Five known nitrogenous compounds including four monoindole alkaloids and a nucleoside were isolated from the sponge M.lingshuiensis and their structures were identified as indole-3-carboxaldehyde(1), 3-indolecarboxylic acid(2),3-(hydroxylacetyl)- indole(3),4-hydroxy-5-(indole-3-yl)- 5-oxo-pentan-2- one(4),and thymidine(5).Conclusion Compounds 1~5 were discovered from the M.lingshuiensis for the first time. |
