英文摘要Cocrystallization of nifedipine (NFD) and isonicotinamide (INA) resulted in two monotropic cocrystal polymorphs. The thermodynamically more stable polymorph presents superior photostability compared to the other. Cocrystallization can be an efficient approach to address the stability deficit of dihydropyridine drugs.
