| 英文摘要 | Dysfunctions of the dopaminergic system have been linked with several neurological and psychiatric disorders,mainly including Parkinson's disease,schizophrenia,depression,attention deficit,hyperactivity disorder and substance abuse. For their distinct differences in gene and peptide composition,dopamine receptors can be divided into five subtypes(D_1-D_5) that belong to two subfamilies: the Gs-coupled D_1-like receptors(D_1,D_5) and the Gi-coupled or Go-coupled D_2-like receptors(D_2,D_3,D_4). In recent years,substantial efforts have been directed at the more recently discovered dopamine receptor subtypes D_3,D_4,a nd D_5,a s well as the earlier described D_1 and D_2 dopamine receptors. This review focuses on the progress of subtypeselective ligands of dopamine receptors subtype-selective ligands. |
