英文摘要Objective:To observe the effects of Jitai tablets on immune function in morphine dependent mice. Methods:A chronic morphine dependent model was established by repeated subcutaneous injection of morphine in mice. Thymus and spleen index were determined. Carbon clearance test, dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed type hypersensitivity test(DTH) and hemolysin test were employed to evaluate the immunomodulating effects of Jitai tablets in morphine dependent mice. Results:Jitai tablets(0.30 g·kg-1 and 0.60 g·kg-1) significantly increased clearance index(K), phagocytic index(alpha), ear swelling, hemolysin level(HC50 value) as well as thymus and spleen index in morphine dependent mice(P<0.01). Conclusion:Jitai tablets can significantly enhance the immune function of morphine dependent mice
