英文摘要Objective: To study the effects of Jitai,a traditional Chinese medicine,on opioid-induced drug-seeking behavior and relapse.Methods:Models of heroin self-administration in rats and morphine conditioned place preference(CPP) in mice were established and saline or Jitai was administrated through intragastric way to investigate the effects of Jitai on self-administration behavior and reinstatement of CPP.Results:Jitai at the dose of 3.6 g·kg~-1 could inhibit heroin self-administration in rats.Jitai at the dose of 4.3 g·kg~-1could inhibit reinstatement of CPP following a priming injection of morphine in mice.Conclusion:Jitai has the ability to inhibit opioid-induced drug-seeking in animal,and might have a preventive effect on relapse.
