英文摘要Lewy bodies are one hallmark of Parkinson's disease. alpha-synuclein is a typical component in the Lewy bodies. Recently,the relationship between neuron degeneration diseases and the protein accumulation in neurons has already been verified,especially in Parkinson's disease. Degradation is one way to defend largely accumulating protein. Ubiquitin-proteasome system and chaprone-mediated autophagy pathway are two key protein degradation pathways,which are responsible for degradation soluble protein. This paper aims sum up the relationship between the protein degradation pathways and Parkinson's disease,and has also referred to the protective strategy of phytoestrogen to Parkinson's disease.
