| 英文摘要 | Objective To study the chemical constituents in the whole plants of Epimedium brevicornum.Methods The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified with silica gel column and HPLC,and identified by spectral methods.Results Eight compounds were isolated from E.brevicornum.They were 5-hydroxy-2-prenylphenol-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),4-hydroxy-2-prenylphenol-1-O-beta-D-gluco-pyranoside(Ⅱ),5,7,4'-trihydroxyflavone-7-O-alpha-L-rhamaoside(Ⅲ),baohuoside Ⅰ(Ⅳ),baohuoside Ⅱ(Ⅴ),icariside C(Ⅵ),icariin(Ⅶ),and icariside Ⅰ(Ⅷ).Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound named as icariphenol,Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ are isolated from E.brevicornum for the first time. |
