| 英文摘要 | Zanamivir was synthesized from N-acetyl-D-neuraminic acid by esterification, acylation, cyclization and S_N2 reaction with trimethylsilane azide to give the key intermediate 7,8,9-tri-O-acetyl-N-acetyl-2,4-dideoxy-2,3- dehydro-4alpha-azido-D-neuraminic acid methyl ester, which was subjected to reduction and reaction with 1H-pyrazole-1- carboxamidine hydrochloride followed by hydrolysis with an overall yield of 15 %. |
