英文摘要OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.METHODS The constituents were repeatedly separated and purified on silica gel column. They were identified on the basis of spectral methods.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from Epimedium brevicornum. They are 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-8,3′-diprenylflavone ( Ⅰ ), icaritin ( Ⅱ ), desmethylicaritin ( Ⅲ ), 3,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone ( Ⅳ ) and robinetin ( Ⅴ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅳ andⅤ were isolated from E. brevicornum for the first time, and compound Ⅰ is a novel one.
