| 英文摘要 | Molecular mechanisms of neuroprotection induced by ischemic/hypoxic preconditioning are incompletely understood. Recently, GeneChip analysis and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis combined with MALDI-TOF mass spectrum analysis were used to study alteration of genomic and proteomic expression induced by brain ischemic/hypoxic preconditioning in rats or mice. Some new genes or proteins showing altered expression induced by brain ischemic/hypoxic preconditioning were identified. Further studying the role of these genes and proteins in preconditioning might discover novel therapeutic targets for stroke. |
