| 英文摘要 | Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino is a traditional herbal medicine widely used in China.Accumulating evidence has implicated that Gynostemma pentaphyllum extracts possess extensive pharmacological activities,such as neuroprotection,anti-ischemia-reperfusion injury,anti-tumor,immunoregulation,decreasing blood glucose,as well as lowering blood lipid.While earlier researches mainly focused on the pharmacological effects of saponins extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum.Increasing attention has been paid to the pharmacological activities of its polysaccharide and flavonoid extracts recently.Moreover,the research focus on pharmacological active components of Gynostemma pentaphyllum has shifted from crude extracts to single compounds.This review covers recent progress on pharmacological efficacies of saponin,polysaccharide and flavonoid ingredients of Gynostemma pentaphyllum in various diseases,which might shed new light on the therapeutic material basis of Gynostemma pentaphyllum and provide important clues for the efficient development of Gynostemma pentaphyllum related drugs. |
