| 英文摘要 | Wilfolides A (1) and B (2), two rare humulanolides with an unusual bicyclo[6.3.0]undecane core and an adjoining butyrolactone moiety, were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum wilfordii. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configurations were confirmed by X-ray crystallography using Cu K alpha radiation. This is the first Letter of humulanolides from the family Apocynaceae. Compound 1 exhibited weak acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. |
