| 英文摘要 | Nefazodone hydrochloride was synthesized from phenol by addition, hydrazinolysis, rearrangement, condensation and cyclization to give 5-ethyl-4-(2-phenoxyethyl)-2H-l, 2, 4-triazol-3 (4H)-one, which condensed with piperazine derivative and then salt formation in an overall yield of 10%. |
