英文摘要Aim To study the chemical constituent of Hernerocallis fulva (L. )L. Methods The twelve compounds were confirmed by the analysis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results and Conclusions Twelve compounds were isolated from the root of HemerocaLlis fulva (L.)L and they were identified as 7-hydroxynaphthalide(l),3a-acetoxy-ll-oxo-12-ursene-24-oic acid(2),3-oxolanosta-8, 24-di-ene-21-oic acid (3),3beta-hydroxylanosta-8, 24-diene-21-oic acid (4), 3a-hydroxylanosta-8, 24-diene-21-oicacid(5), beta-sitosterol(6), 25(R)-spirostan-4-ene-dione(7),2',4, 6'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxy-3'-methylchal-cone(8), a-boswellic acid(9), J3- boswellic acid(l0), lla-hydroxy-3-acetoxy-beta- boswellic acid(ll)and fatty acid(l2) . Except for compounds 1,6,8,12, the others were separated from the genus for the first time. The C-NMR spectral data of compounds 2,9,10,11 are reported for the first time.
