| 英文摘要 | Starting from 3'-aminoacetophenone, and using dichloromethane as solvent, N-[3-[3-(dimethylamino)-l-oxo-2-propenyl] phenyl] acetamide was obtained in the presence of K_2CO_3 through one-pot procedure of acetylation and condensation with 92. 3% yield. Then, after ethylation by bro-moethane and cyclization, zaleplon was obtained with an overall yield of 68%. |
