Improving the plasma stability of compounds by structural modification can lead to good pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics properties. This review provides a summary of varieties of structure modification strategies for improving plasma stability including bioisosterism,increasing steric hindrance,ring closure,scaffold hopping and etc. |
