| 英文摘要 | A novel oxidant o-iodoxynaphthoic acid (INX) (1) was synthesized from 1-naphthonitrile in a four-step procedure with 38.5% overall yield. INX showed mild oxidative activity and selectivity in oxidation of a series of steroidal hydroxyl groups. |
