| 英文摘要 | Objective To conduct study of pharmacokinetics of Telmisartan through taking com-pound Telmisartan tablets in Chinese healthy volunteers. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers were as-signed to a low oral dose compound tablet or a high oral dose compound tablet. The drug concentrations in plasma were determined by LC-MS/MS method. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Telmisartan were as following: c_(max) was(11175)mug/L, t_(max) was(1.73 1.07)h, AUC_(0-t) was(1 186877) mu·h·L~(-1), AUC_(0-) was(1 268935)mu·h·L~(-1), t_(1/2) was(17.63.3)h, V_(z/F) was(52.735.7)L/h, CL_(z/F) was(1 268 840)L and MRT was(16.83.7)h。The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Telmisartan were as fol-lowing:c_(max) was(651449)mug/L, t_(max) was(1.30.7)h , AUC_(0-t), was(4 2013 052)mu·h·L~(-1), AUC_(0-) was (4 4773 313)mu·h·L~(-1), t_(1/2) was (17.74.5)h, CL_(z/F) was (41.651.9)L/h, V_(z/F) was (9591 231)L and MRT was(15.02.7)h。 Conclusion Utilization of LC-MS/MS for determinating the concentration and pharmacokinetics of Telmisartan in human plasma is accurate, sensitive and reliable. The main phanna-cokinetic parameters of Telmisartan revealed conform with that reported by domestic and imported arti-cles. |
