| 英文摘要 | Objective ： To characterize the pharmacokinetics of roxatidine acetic hydrochloride forinjection. Methods： Twenty healthy male volunteers were intravenously injected with a single dose of roxatidine 37.5 mg or 75 mg. The blood samples from the volunteers were collected to measure the serum roxatidine concentration at certain time point 24 hours post-dose by LC-MS-MS. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using Topfit programs. Results ： The main pharmacokinetics of two dosing regimens （37.5 and 75 mg） were as follows：tl/2（3.740.27） vs.（3.900.19）h; AUC0-1（72798） vs.（1 566276）ng·h·mL^-1 ;AUC0- （733100）vs. （1 582281）ng·h·mL^-1 ; MRT（4.580. 24） vs. （4.610. 38） h;Cltot,（52.18.1）vs. （48.89.0）L·h^-1 ;Vz （28043）vs. （27440）L and Vss （23831 ） vs. （22225 ） L. Conclusion ： Roxatidine acetic hydrochloride featured linear pharmacokinetics in the dosing setting. |
