| 英文摘要 | Cancer cell often express more heavily Sialylated glycans structure in surface with the more invasion ability. Now it is established that some specific sialylated structure such as the Thomsen-Friedenreich-related antigen, the sialyl Lewis antigen, ct2-6 lactosaminyl structure, the polysialic or some gangliosides, can take part in cellular interactions. The review summarizes the deranged expression of sialylated structure in cancer and the function of the sialyltranferases. |
