| 英文摘要 | The oxidation of low density lipoprotein has been implicated in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. In the present paper, we studied the effects of salvianolate on the TBARS formation and the relative electrophoretic mobility (REM) of LDL induced by CuSO4 and endothelial cell. The results indicated that salvianolate dose-dependently inhibit the oxidation of LDL induced by Q1SO4 or endothelial cell. These re-sults suggested the potential therapy of salvianolate in atherosclerosis. |
