英文摘要An intermediate,2,3 -bis(hydroxylamino) -2,3 -dimethylbutane(3) ,was prepared by bromination, substitution and reduction reaction using 2-nitro-propane as the raw material. 4-Formyl-benzoic acid 2,5,7,8 -tetramethyl-2-(4,8, 12-trimethyl-tridecyl) - chroman-6-yl ester(4) was synthesized by the esterification of alpha-tocopherol with 4-formyl-benzoic acid. A novel spin labeled derivative of alpha-tocopherol, 4-(1,3-dioxyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-imidazolin-2-yl) -benzoic acid 2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-(4,8,12-trimethyl-tridecyl) -chroman-6-yl ester,was obtained by oxidation of intermediate product, which was obtained through addition reaction of 3 with 4. The structure was characterized by ~1H NMR, IR,HR-ESI-MS,elemental analysis and EPR.
