| 英文摘要 | Objective To detect the expression and activation of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) in prostate cancer tissue, and explore potential biomarkers and drug targets for prostate cancer. Methods The phosphorylation levels of 49 types of receptor tyrosine kinase in a prostate cancer tissue and its para-carcinoma tissue were examined by RTK microarray. Results The phosphorylation expressions of EGFR, ErbB2, ЕrbВ3, ErbB4, Insulin R, Axl, PDGFR а , PDGFR beta,M-CSFR,VEGFR2 were all upregulated in prostate cancer tissueas compared with that in its para-carcinoma tissue. Conclusion Phosphorylation of EGFR, ErbB2, ЕrbВ3, ErbB4, Insulin R, Axl, PDGFR alpha,PDGFR beta,M-CSFR, VEGFR2 in prostate cancer tissue may contribute to development and progress of prostate cancer. |
