| 英文摘要 | G-protein coupled receptor 119 is a membrane receptor that regulates insulin secretion and enteroendocrine system functions. Upon binding to its agonist, through the cAMP signaling pathway,GPR119 stimulates glucose-dependent insulin secretion and incretin release. It is a new therapeutic target for type 2 diabetes.
