Stability of materiomic release kinetics of Yinqiaojiedu tablets and its synchronicity evaluation with visualization method

英文摘要 | Aim: To investigate the materiomic release kinetic characteristics and synchronicity of Yinqiaojiedu tablets with strengthen temperature, humidity and illumination. Methods: The Yirtqiaojiedu tablets, totally 11 groups of samples, were processed as single factor test of the temperatures (60 ℃ and 80℃), relative humidity (75% and 90% ) and illumination (4 500 LX), for which the materiomic release kinetics were tested at 0, 5, and 10 day using the paddle method defined by Chinese Pharmacopoeia at a rotation rate of 50 r/min. The UV spectra of the dissolution samples were compared with the standard materiomie compositional spectrum by Kalman filter method to calculate the materiome release rates and the release profiles. The numeric materiome release data were transformed into colors by MatLab~(R) to visualize the materiomic release profiles and synchronicity. Results: High temperature significantly reduced the materiomic release rates of Yinqiaojicdu tablets, while high humidity accelerated the release rates of the samples slightly. Illumination had no obvious effect on the materiomic release kinetics of Yinqiaojiedu tablets, The in vitro materiomic release kinetics of Yinqhtojiedu tablets were well fitted with the first-order equatinns. Conclusion: High temperature and high humidity are the major factors to the materiomic release kinetics of Yinqiaojiedu tablets. |
