英文摘要The development of some new technologies such as high-throughput screening has led to an increase in the number of poorly water-soluble drug candidates in the recent research and development of drugs. The nanotechnology provided an effective tool to improve aqueous solubility, dissolution rate and subsequent oral bioavailability and decreased food effect by decreasing the grain size of drugs. The methods of preparing nanoformulations, commercialized nanotechnologies and FDA ap-proved marketed products are reviewed in this article. The nanotechnology is a promising approach to enhance the oral absorption of drugs of biopharmaceutical classification system(BCS)Ⅱ.
