| 英文摘要 | The preparation of flurbiprofen （1）-phospholipid solid dispersion was optimized by orthogonal test with dissolution in 45min in water as evaluation index. The structure of the solid dispersion was analyzed by DSC and IR. The solubility and dissolution in different pH buffer solutions were also investigated. The results showed that the solubility of the solid dispersion was significantly improved and dissolution in 45min in pH 4.0 and 7.2 buffer solutions and water were above 70%. |
