| 英文摘要 | Nanostmctrued lipid carries (PEG40-NLC, PEG100-NLC) modified by PEG40 stearate and PEG 100 stearate were prepared by melting emulsification and homogenization technique. The effects of dissolution devices, content of lipid in NLC and flow rate of dissolution medium on in vitro drug release were investigated. The results showed that the release of PEG40-NLC and PEG100-NLC using paddle retrodialysis and flow-through cell dialysis had the similar curves. However, basket dialysis displayed a significant difference compared with other methods. The effect of diffusion in drug release enhanced as the amount of lipid in NLC increased and the raise of flow rate of dissolution medium accelerated the dissolution of drug. |
