| 英文摘要 | The expression of recombinant proteins plays an important role in promoting the development of modern biological technology. A powerful tool for structural and functional studies of important proteins,especially proteins of human beings,could be provided by producing heterologous proteins in the hosts. The application of solubility - enhancing tags could overcome the soluble problem in expressing recombinant proteins. And,the yield,structure modification and purification of recombinant proteins could be influenced by the fusion partners. In the present review,the characteristics of several common solubility enhancers were introduced. The recent advances on the solubility - enhancing fusion tags were showed and the potential problems in their application were discussed. At last,the future was prospected. This review might be helpful for researchers in choosing suitable tags in their experiments. |
