英文摘要 | As the modern biology techniques development and application,using gene recombination technology to express foreign protein plays more important roles.Host cell systems for the expression of heterologous genes are generally prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems.In this review,we compared the advantages and disadvantages of several common expression systems,and explored the key factors in choosing a proper expression system,such as the production,biological activity,purpose,physical and chemical properties of the target protein,together with the cost,convenience and security of the expression system itself.By this discussion,we hope to select the appropriate expression system to improve the production of the recombinant protein,and make these systems better applied to scientific research. |
