| 英文摘要 | [Objective]To estimate the antitumor activity of different solvent fractions of walnut pericarp on HeLa cell and screen the antitumor active fractions in vitro.[Method]MTT assay was applied to screen the antitumor solvent fractions on HeLa cell in vitro.[Result]The IC50 of petroleum ether part, chloroform part, ethyl acetate part and n-Butanol part against HeLa cell were 158.81,40.43,130.49 and 137.67 mg/L respectively, the water-soluble part had no inhibition effect on HeLa cell.[Conclusion]The petroleum ether part, chloroform part, ethyl acetate part and n-Butanol part of walnut pericarp have inhibitory effect on Hela cell, and chloroform part has comparatively stronger inhibitory effect. Therefore the chloroform part is considered as antitumor active part of walnut pericarp |
