| 英文摘要 | Aim: To study the fingerprints of propolis by RP-HPLC and conduct the quality control of propolis. Methods: 18 batches of propolis from different sources were analyzed on an HPLC column Zorbax Extend-C_(18)(250 mm * 4. 6 mm, 5 mum) using a mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0. 3% aqueous acetic acid,and the obtained data were analyzed using the software Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation. Results: Soundseparation of the chemical constituents of propolis were achieved, among which 15 fingerprint peaks in common were confirmed and 14 peaks were designated. Conclusion: The method is repeatable and reliable, and could be applied in the quality control of propolis. |
