英文摘要Objective To study the chemical constituents of the alkaloids from the root of Stephania tetran-dra.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as tetrandrine (1) , fangchinoline (2),2'-N-chloromethyltetrandrine (3) , oxofangchirine (4) , fenfangjine D hydrochloride (5) , (+) -dicentrine (6) , tazopsine (7) . Conclusions Compound 7 is firstly isolated from the genus Stephania. Compound 6 is isolated from Stephania tetrandra for the first time.
