| 英文摘要 | Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of stilbenoids in Smilax china L.Methods:The separation was carried out on the Zorbax SB-C18 column(250mm*4.6mm,5mum) with a simple linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid at a wavelength 320nm.The column temperature was kept at 30℃.Results:The RP-HPLC method was usable for the quantification of five stilbenoids,polydatin,piceatannol,oxyresveratrol,resveratrol,scirpusin A.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and reproducible and could comprehensively control the quality of the drug of Smilax china L. |
