英文摘要Enrichment of ifidoid glycosides from the 80% EtOH extract of Garderda jasminoides Ellis by macroporous resin was studied. The result suggested that D101 macroporous resin column chromatography eluting with 80% EtOH was suitable for purification of iridoid glycosides from tiffs plant. The content of ifidoid glycosides was up to 70% in the dried fraction of 80% ethanolic elution determined by UV-Vis.
