| 英文摘要 | Integrin family are the major molecules that mediate cell-extracellular matrix interaction. Integrins not only povide a physical link between the extracellular enviroment and the interior signalling of the cell, but also change ligand-binding affity according to the intracellular signals, whch is termed ＂activation＂. In this review we focus on the importance of integrin activation during normal physiological processes, the structural basis of the affinity modulation, the signal-transduction pathway that regulate integrin ＂inside-out signalling＂, and the cytoplasmic partner for integrins. |
