英文摘要The triterpenoid constituents from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum were isolated and purified by means of column chromatography. Two new natural products from Ganoderma fruiting bodies were obtained from the chloroform extract. Their structures were identified as methyl 7 beta-hydroxy-3, 11, 15, 23- tetraoxo-5alpha-lanost-8-en-26-oate (methyl ganoderate D) (I) and methyl 12beta-acetoxy- 3, 7, 11, 15- tetraoxo- 5alpha- lanost- 8-en-24-oate (methyl lucidenate D ) (II)on the basis of their NMR spectral data.
