| 英文摘要 | Lactating women are very considerate in chosing contraception for the reason of infants safety. With particular hormonal activities and unique pharmacokinetics, ST-1435 has high contraception efficacy and few side effects, especially no effect on infants. ST-1435 subdermal implant is promising to be the first choice contraception for lactating women. Structure, hormonal activities, pharmacokinetics, contraception efficacy in clinical Trials, side effects, mechanism of effects and vaginal ring of ST-1435 were reviewed in this paper. |
