| 英文摘要 | Objective：To investigate the constituents from seeds of Caesalpinia minax Hance systematically. Methods：The compounds have been separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 gel column chromatography as well as the preparative TLC method. Results：Nine compounds were isolated from the seeds of Caesalpinia mi- nax. On the basis of the spectral data, their structures were identified as norcaesalnin E （ compound i ）, caesalmin C （ compound 2 ）, 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - furaldehyde （ compound 3 ）, daucosterol （ compound 4 ）, sucrose （ compound 5 ） ,beta - sitosterol（ compound 6）, stearic acid （ compound 7 ）, caffeic acid n - octadeeyl ester （ compound 8 ）, 2,5 - dihydroxy benzoic acid ethyl ester （compound 9 ） , and compound 2 exhibited modest activity against fluenza virus. Conclusion：All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time except compound 2. |
