| 英文摘要 | Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is a muhipathogenetic and neurodegenerative illness, principally characterized by progressively, cognitive and memorial abnormalities in association with deposit of senile plaques, neurofibrillary tangles and widespread neuronal loss. Oxidative stress, inflammatory reaction, estrogen depletion, cholesterol dysfunction, transgenation and monoaminergic, glutaminergic and peptidergic neurotransmitters deficits may also be the important factors in the development and progression of AD. A number of different newly created medication therapies are currently being researched to address the latest distinct aspects of the disease. |
