英文摘要Aim To study the secondary metabolites of marine-derived actinomycete Streptomyces sp.(No.30701). Methods Various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were applied for the isolation and structure identification of the compounds. Results Nine cyclicdipeptides were obtained from the Streptomyces sp.(No.30701) and their structures were identified as cyclo(L-ProL-Val)(1), cyclo(D-Pro-L-Val)(2), cyclo(L-Pro-L-Leu)(3), cyclo(4-hydroxyl-Pro-Leu)(4), cyclo(L-Pro-L-Ile)(5), cyclo(LPro-L-Tyr)(6), cyclo(L-Leu-L-Val)(7), cyclo(D-Phe-Gly)(8), and cyclo(L-Phe-L-Val)(9). Conclusion The nine compounds were common cyclicdipeptides from marine strains, but the existence of D-amino acids in compounds 2 and 8 was rare in nature, and compound 2 was isolated from Streptomyces sp.for the first time
