| 英文摘要 | Since cyclosporine was firstly used in prophylaxis and treatment of graft rejection in 1986, a number of new immunosuppressive agents, such as tacrolimus, rapamycin, FTY720 and 15-deoxyspergualin, have been introduced to clinical practices. In comparison with cyclosporine, those agents possess greater efficacies and better safe profiles. This article reviews the latest clinical outcomes regarding the management of rejection following organ transplantation by these immunosuppressants, focusing on mechanisms, structure-activity relationships and severe adverse effects |
