| 英文摘要 | Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are of a large variety, widespread use and significant market presence. Recent worldwide withdrawal of -Vioxx by Merck indicates that development of NSAIDs must be guided by sciences and with caution. Extensive clinical evaluation and continuous feedback from practices are essential to discover novel and more safe, efficacious, economical and rational NSAIDs, with an ultimate goal of lifting and improving the life quality of patients. |
