| 英文摘要 | The research of in vitro liver models is developed increasingly. The isolated hepatocytes, isolated perfused organs, tissue slices, liver cell lines, subeellular fractions and the genetically engineered cells are the most commonly used in vitro liver models nowadays, especially the isolated hepatocytes. The models mentioned above not only can be used to investigate the mechanisms of drug toxicology, but also the high throughout screeningof drug toxicology. For the future, there is a need for better culture conditions and more complete system of the drug toxicology research. |
