英文摘要Differentiated somatic cells can be reprogrammed to pluripotent state by several techniques, including nuclear transfer, cell fusion, co-culture with pluripotent cell extracts and the recently discovered induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology. iPSCs are highly valuable in regenerative medicine and the techniques in generating iPSCs are evolving very fast. In this review, we summarize recent progress in the research of somatic cell reprogramming and iPSCs.
