| 英文摘要 | Death associated protein related apoptotic kinase 2 (DRAK2) is a serine/threonine kinase belonging to death associated protein (DAP) kinase family that have been implicated in regulation of apoptosis. Recent researches have indicated that DRAK2 plays critical roles in T-cell survival and differentiation, islet cell apoptosis, tumor initiation, however, little is known about the exactly underlying mechanisms. The studies suggest that inhibition of DRAK2 has therapeutic potential for autoimmune disease, diabetes, rejection of transplanted organs and cancers. In this paper, the progress of the biological functions and inhibitors on DRAK2 is reviewed. |
